All you need to do is pay 20% of the property’s value as a down payment through the escrow system, which provides protection for buyers, then pay a 4% fee to the Dubai Land Department. The remaining payments are made in installments over the construction phases, which usually range between two to three years.
After purchasing an off-plan property, you have the following three strategies:

This results in a total appreciation amount of AED 559,879 and a net return on investment (ROI) of 7% after deducting service charges.
